## Job description

### 岗位职责

为客户提供专业的品牌咨询服务及卓越的用户体验，完成销售目标。 生意管理 * 业绩--达成公司设定的各项销售目标。 * 服务--运用一定的销售技巧，提供合适的产品，专业且个性化的体验，满足消费者的期待 * 消费者--360°维护好与消费者关系，做好新客招募，提高消费者忠诚度。 * 与百货/商场工作人员良好合作。 * 了解美妆市场趋势，掌握竞品情况。 * 掌握品牌与品类知识（护肤知识、化妆技巧、香水知识） * 销售与运营，发现客户需求并提供个性化咨询服务，推荐适合的产品并配合客户进行产品体验 * 代表品牌形象提供良好的服务态度和售后服务。

### 熟知客户概况，及时联系与关心客户（同理心和沟通技巧） 运营管理 * 能够执行完成柜长分配的日常性工作如

陈列，清洁，盘点等，确保门店/柜台财产安全。 * 掌握相关零售系统，美妆设备，数字化工具的使用。 * 规定遵守公司合规政策，维护品牌形象。 能力要求 * 掌握品牌知识、产品知识 * 贯彻品牌文化/价值观 * 了解美妆市场及消费者趋势 * 了解公司及品牌政策和流程 * 熟悉数字化工具的使用 岗位要求 * 热爱美妆零售行业 * 良好的沟通能力和清晰的表达能力 * 较强的学习能力与适应能力，具备团队合作精神 * 良好的服务意识 * 面对工作，具有一定韧性 其他福利 * 相应品牌的专业培训课程 * 理想的绩效奖金制度 * 正规的五险一金 * 额外商业医疗保险 * 定期的公司福利（节假日福利/员工内买/免费产品） * 带薪年假与病假
