## Job description

Finance Business Manager – Consumer Products Division – Casablanca, Morocco Hello, we’re L’Oréal. A Day in the Life Reporting directly to the CFO in Casablanca, you will co-pilot the financial strategy for our Consumer Products Division (CPD) and lead a team of 2 direct reports.

### Financial Steering & Controlling

Lead P&L management, monthly closings, trend analysis, and budget forecasting.

### Business Partnering

Work closely with commercial and marketing teams to optimize trade spend and marketing ROI.

### People Development

Lead, coach, and inspire your 2 direct reports to build a high-performing finance team. We Are Looking For We are looking for an analytical, proactive leader with a collaborative mindset.

### T he ideal candidate demonstrates

Financial Controlling & FP&A: Expert mastery of budget framing and financial performance tracking.

### Business Partnering

Strong capacity to influence decision-makers and challenge business models.

### Data Analytics

Ability to turn complex financial data into actionable commercial insights.

### People Management

Proven experience in guiding, coaching, and developing junior talent.
