A Day in the Life Based in Kyiv, you empower hair stylists and luxury salon partners across the market with bespoke hair diagnosis, elevated scalp care rituals, and premium client experience techniques for Kérastase. Reporting to the Education Manager, you turn cutting-edge hair science into prestige salon growth. Design and execute the regional education strategy to elevate salon expertise and drive luxury retail recommendations for Kérastase. Translate scientific materials and international brand guidelines into refined learning modules, premium service protocols, and consultative sales assets. Deliver high-standard classroom seminars, in-salon masterclasses, and digital sessions on our dedicated professional learning platform. Partner transversally with Marketing, Commercial, Scientific, and Digital teams to monitor education impact and align launches with luxury salon trends. We Are Looking For You bring a deep knowledge of professional hair artistry, scalp care rituals, and the capability to educate prestige salon teams. ### You bring Training & Facilitation: Ability to design structured learning programmes and deliver engaging sessions both in-person and virtually. ### Prestige Hair Care & Artistry Technical command of advanced hair and scalp diagnostics, bespoke hair treatments, and luxury client consultation. ### Stakeholder Collaboration Clear communication skills to partner seamlessly across commercial, scientific, and marketing teams. ### Digital Learning Tools Practical skill in building multimedia presentation materials using PowerPoint and digital training platforms. ### Language Proficiency Professional working proficiency in English alongside fluent Ukrainian.
