A Day in the Life You steer commercial performance for the LDB Benelux division, translating raw numbers into clear sales strategies. Reporting to the Commercial Director, you lead a 6-person Trade & Sales Support team to empower key account managers and channel leads. - Deliver automated commercial dashboards, tracking sell-in, sell-out, and stock-in-trade targets across Belgium and the Netherlands. - Partner with Finance and Commercial Directors to arbitrate commercial trade terms, forecasts, and landing numbers. - Drive data transformation by deploying Power BI dashboards and supporting the roll-out of projects like NEO and the LPS B2B platform. - Monitor customer satisfaction across channels, analysing NPS results to spot actionable growth opportunities for our pharmacy and mass retail partners. - Collaborate transversal teams across supply chain, digital, and marketing to ensure data consistency across brands like CeraVe, La Roche-Posay, and Vichy.
