Discover the world of L’Oréal by applying for: Logistics Trainee (m/f) (fix-term contract with possibility of extension) ### Based in our office in Zagreb YOUR ROLE We're looking for a new colleague (m/f) who will be the part of our Zagreb team, having the chance to work with colleagues from the whole L’Oréal Adria Balkan region. Position of Logistics Trainee requires independent, agile and organized person who will be responsible for: Supervising logistic partner activities on daily level: orders preparation, deliveries, TMS coordination, pallet management. Coordinating transport flows and daily contact with transport company. Preparing other logistics reports and analytics (DGO, DC perft, LOGR, OTFR). ### Administrating costs PO creation and booking costs (SAP, TMS). Contributing and supporting different local and global projects + PBI Monthly follow up. Communicating and developing good relations with all stakeholders (sales, marketing, 3PL, other partners). Working on stock reconciliation, goods destruction management and inventory management. Leading the investigation and resolution of logistics claims, ensuring timely recovery and prevention of recurring issues. We want to spread your wings by constantly exploring and upgrading yourself in various areas. ### THE IDEAL PROFILE Preferably holds a Bachelor’s Degree Has up to 2 years of similar experience Has good communication and organization skills Has good problem-solving skills and is results-oriented Has good analytical skills and is resourceful Is a team player - Works with responsibility and autonomy Has excellent computer skills ( MS Office, data visualization, analytics) - Knowledge of SAP and PowerBI is an advantage Is fluent in Croatian and English language WONDERING WHO YOU WOULD WORK WITH?
