As part of the Finance team, the role involves providing functional leadership in financial planning and data analysis to drive balanced, profitable growth while ensuring financial integrity. ### Your Contribution Financial Leadership: - Managing quarter-end close processes. - Coordinating with controllership to ensure compliance with policies and standards. - Collaborating closely with the Cluster business team on day-to-day activities. - Interacting with Regional category teams, finance peers, and the supply chain team - Partner with cluster sales heads to make sound financial decisions. - Own the Profit and Loss (P&L) by managing budgets and ensuring predictability while achieving business results Organization Support: - Lead the designated team(s) through data-based analytics, trends, and key insights. - Aid in the preparation of the annual operating plan and conduct quarterly business planning reviews. ### Performance Tracking - Monitor key performance indicators such as Revenue, Margins, Sell Through/Sellout, Channel Inventory, and Operating Expenses. - Manage performance dashboards for channels/GTM P&L. - Set up quotas and oversee quarterly commissions processes. ### Your Qualifications and Skills - Minimum of 8 years of FP&A experience in Consumer Electronics, IT, or FMCG industries. - Strong analytical abilities, with a knack for manipulating and interpreting data. - Proven ability to drive change and influence business results. - Self-motivation and independence in a fast-paced environment. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Advanced Excel skills; familiarity with Tableau, Oracle, and Hyperion is a plus.
