In this role, you will deliver food and beverages promptly and accurately while serving as a vital link between the kitchen, bar, and service teams. This position is ideal for a team‑oriented individual who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and is committed to supporting Loews Hotels’ high standards of hospitality and service excellence. ### Who You Are Guest‑Focused and Approachable - You bring a friendly demeanor and ensure guests feel welcomed and well cared for. ### Collaborative Team Player - You work seamlessly with servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff to maintain an efficient flow of service. ### Calm Under Pressure - You are able to respond to guest concerns promptly and professionally in a busy environment. ### Physically Capable and Adaptable - You are comfortable carrying heavy trays and moving quickly in outdoor, high‑energy settings. ### What You’ll Do Food & Beverage Delivery Transport food and beverages from the kitchen to guests efficiently and accurately. Verify food presentation and ensure all items meet quality standards prior to delivery. Ensure guests receive correct orders, coordinating closely with servers and bartenders. Service Support & Coordination Collaborate with kitchen and service teams to ensure timely and seamless food delivery. Reset tables and seating areas promptly to prepare for incoming guests. Assist with restocking and organizing service items, including plates, utensils, and condiments. Cleanliness & Operational Support Clean and maintain food‑delivery trays and serving equipment throughout the shift. Support opening and closing responsibilities, including cleaning, trash removal, and resetting service areas. ### Other Responsibilities Demonstrate regular and reliable attendance. Attend/complete all mandatory training sessions and meetings.
