Apply now and take the first step toward a rewarding career! ### Delivery Driver– (Non-CDL) Location Exeter, PA Hourly Pay: $18.00 Schedule: Monday–Friday, 4–5 days/week (based on route and business needs) Early morning start times. ### Role Summary Are you a reliable, safety-conscious driver with a customer-first mindset? In this full-time position, you'll deliver top-brand aftermarket auto, RV, and marine parts directly to our customers, providing friendly and dependable service. (Paid $500 at 6 months + $500 at 12 months of continuous employment) Hourly raises of up to $0.50/hour available at 60 days, 6 months, and 1 year based on performance Consistent weekday schedule – never work weekends Drive well-maintained company vehicles equipped with heat and A/C Join a fast-growing company that values safety, service, and teamwork ### Key Responsibilities Safely operate a 15 ft. or larger box truck to deliver parts and accessories - Load, secure, and unload products using proper handling techniques - Provide exceptional customer service during deliveries, representing Keystone with professionalism and integrity - Verify orders and communicate effectively with dispatch and warehouse teams - Maintain a clean and professional appearance - Keep the delivery vehicle clean and organized Comply with all DOT regulations and company safety standards ### Required Qualifications Be 21 years of age or older Have a valid driver's license Have at least 6 months of experience driving a 15 ft. box truck, or bigger Have no motor vehicle violations within the last 24 months Able to lift freight up to 75 lbs.
