LKQ Canada is looking for an Automotive Dismantler to join its team! Starting Salary 24$/h. Piecework program after the 90 days. Why choose LKQ as your employer?

What does a day look like for a Dismantler? Remove requested parts to fulfill orders on vehicles within the suggested time constraints in a safety conscious manner, Individual will be primarily responsible for dismantling drivetrain assemblies into components after assemblies have been removed from the vehicle.

Label and tag each part to be placed in stock, Check the quality and product type of the inventoried parts, Participate in daily team goals, and Other duties as assigned. What is the profile we are looking for? Knowledge of automotive parts, Diploma in mechanics or bodywork (Strong Asset!), Hands-on job experience, Ability to work in a team, Must be able to lift 50lbs without restrictions, and Must own and maintain all the tools necessary.

### Job Requirements

Essential Physical Demands/Work Environment: Sits, stands, bends, lifts, and moves intermittently during working hours. Is subject to frequent interruptions. Is subject to intense physical labour, repetitive lifting. Must be able to lift at least 50-75 lbs.

### Working Conditions

Employees are regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts and occasionally exposed to extreme cold & extreme heat. The noise level is moderately loud.
