### Key Responsibilities

Conducting regular concept customer account hygiene reviews Providing virtual customer support and in person visits when required Consulting with customers to identify revenue opportunities and maximise their growth potential Developing positive and professional working relationships with key stakeholders Developing positive and professional working relationships with key suppliers and their field teams Maintaining a comprehensive understanding of the concept products and services proposition

### Skills and Experience

Previous Account Manager experience Ability to build strong relationships both face to face and virtually Experience working to targets Some industry knowledge would be an advantage but not essential
