Produce insightful financial analysis, forecasts, budgets, and management reports. Support month-end and year-end financial processes. Monitor financial performance and identify risks, opportunities, and trends. Drive accountability for budget ownership across the business. Provide recommendations to improve efficiencies, reduce costs, and maximise profitability. Lead budgeting and forecasting activities for designated business areas. Develop financial models and business cases to support strategic initiatives. Present financial information to stakeholders in a clear and meaningful way. Ensure compliance with financial controls, policies, and procedures. Support continuous improvement projects and process enhancements. ### Skills and Experience Essential Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent). Proven experience in a Finance Business Partner or similar commercial finance role. Strong analytical and financial modelling skills. Experience producing budgets, forecasts, and management information. Ability to build credible relationships with stakeholders at all levels. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Strong commercial awareness and business acumen. Advanced Excel skills and experience working with financial systems. Desirable Experience within the automotive industry. Knowledge of Power BI or other reporting tools.
