We are seeking an experienced, results-driven Business Development Center (BDC) Manager to lead BDC operations across Buick GMC of North Miami and Hyundai of North Miami. This is a unique leadership opportunity for someone who knows how to build high-performing teams, maximize lead opportunities, drive appointments, and deliver an exceptional customer experience across two dealerships. As part of Lithia & Driveway (NYSE: LAD), the nation's largest automotive retailers, we're committed to growing our company and growing our people! ### What You'll Do - Lead, coach, and motivate BDC teams across two dealership rooftops. - Drive appointment setting, lead conversion, sales opportunities, and customer retention. - Monitor CRM activity, customer follow-up, and key performance metrics. - Collaborate with General Managers and dealership leadership to develop strategies and achieve goals. - Implement consistent processes, training, and accountability across both locations. - Ensure an outstanding customer experience from the first interaction. ### What We're Looking For - Proven BDC management experience; automotive dealership experience strongly preferred. - Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills. - Experience with CRM systems, internet leads, and customer engagement. - Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities. - Ability to oversee operations at two dealerships while delivering measurable results. - Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
