We base the pay range on experience, but it will include base, commission and CSI (customer service index metric) related bonus. Monthly range from $7500-$10,000 depends on your ability to sell and keep the customer happy. ### Schedule Monday-Friday with 1 rotating Saturday per month. With our experienced teams and our creative ideas, we guide our success while we have fun doing it. ### What You'll Do As a Service Advisor, you will be responsible for initiating automotive services and repairs. This involves ascertaining vehicle performance problems and service requests, verifying warranty and service contract coverage, developing estimates, writing repair orders, and maintaining customer records. Serve as the communicator and liaison between the customer and technician; ensure the technician understands the customer's needs and the customer understands the needed and recommended service/repairs. Develop estimates by costing materials, supplies, and labor; calculating customer's payment, including deductibles. Prepare repair orders (RO), obtaining approval signatures and entering RO into service database system. Communicate additional repair and service needs to the customer based on vehicle inspection. Administer the manufacturer warranty for qualifying vehicle repairs. Keeping customer informed of service specials, completion times and service expenses. ### What You'll Bring 1+ year of previous experience in a dealership as a Service Advisor/Writer. Basic mechanical understanding of an automobile. We require a team player that wants to join a growing team. Confidence navigating dealership technology. CDK experience is ideal! Customer-focused -Always does the right thing. Available for a rotation schedule set up that will include some Saturdays. Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.
