Established Subaru dealership with internet and showroom sales opportunities Work with incoming internet leads and dealership customers Performance-based earning potential Opportunity to build repeat and referral business with an established customer base ### What You'll Do Respond quickly to incoming internet leads, calls, chats, and emails. Convert sales leads into confirmed appointments and follow up with prospective customers. Document customer interactions, appointments, and follow-up activity in the dealership CRM. Present new and pre-owned vehicles, explain features and promotions, and conduct test drives. Guide customers through the sales process from initial contact through vehicle purchase and delivery. ### What You'll Bring 2+ years of automotive dealership sales experience required. Respond to customers and complete follow-up tasks promptly. Explain vehicle, pricing, and purchase information. Complete basic pricing and payment calculations. Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence. Total Rewards The California annual pay range for this position is $48,200.00 - $158,700.00. This is a performance driven position, eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes commissions off Individual Payable Gross and/or bonuses based off Individual Units Sold, Manufacturer Approvability. Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
