We are looking for a Mercedes-Benz Sprinter Technician who takes pride in delivering quality repairs, advanced diagnostics, and exceptional customer service. This is an opportunity to join a dealership team with the latest equipment, ongoing manufacturer training, and a pipeline of Sprinter van business. Sign-On and Relocation package available Whether you already have Mercedes-Benz experience or come from a strong diesel, fleet, medium-duty truck, or commercial vehicle background, we want to hear from you. ### What You'll Do - Diagnose and repair Mercedes-Benz Sprinter vans and commercial vehicles - Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and warranty repairs - Utilize factory diagnostic tools and follow manufacturer repair procedures - Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, diesel, transmission, and drivability concerns - Complete repair orders accurately and efficiently - Maintain a clean and organized work area - Work collaboratively with service advisors and fellow technicians to deliver an exceptional customer experience What You'll Bring: 2 or more years experience as an automotive, diesel, fleet, commercial vehicle, or Mercedes-Benz technician - Strong diagnostic and electrical skills Experience with diesel engines Mercedes-Benz certifications ASE certifications are preferred but not required Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Why Join Our Team?
