We’re looking for performance-minded individuals that will help us continue to drive success – apply today to join the nation's largest automotive retailer! ### What You'll Do - Greet and assist customers who enter the store showroom - Process customer payments and credit card transactions - Answer and address all incoming phone calls in a friendly, prompt and professional manner Occasionally scan and file documents as needed - Coordinate vehicle delivery process with salespeople such as contacting customers as needed for license plate pickup and other clerical duties - Maintain cleanliness and appearance of desk and showroom​ Who We're Looking For: 2+ years of experience in administrative customer-facing roles Prior dealership experience ideal but not required - Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Ability to work independently and multi-task in a fast-paced work environment Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence ​ Total Rewards The hourly wage range for this position is $18.00 to $20.00. Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
