We pride ourselves on a supportive team environment, ongoing training, and opportunities for growth. ### What You'll Do Perform oil and filter changes, tire rotations, and multipoint vehicle inspections. Check and maintain fluid levels, including transmission, brake, power steering, and coolant systems. Inspect tires, brakes, batteries, belts, hoses, and other vehicle components for wear and safety concerns. Document work performed on repair order and document test procedures/results. Assist with shop maintenance and support the service team as directed. Continuously learn and develop automotive skills with opportunities for training and career growth. Acquire and maintain manufacturer and ASE certifications by completing the necessary and required training as directed by management. Constructively communicate with dealership personnel to satisfy customer needs. ### What You'll Bring We prefer a candidate with 1+ year of automotive experience in a dealership or quick lube environment. We will consider a candidate with personal experience or completed trade school for Automotive Technology. Have a desire to produce and be part of a high-output team. Comfort in operating several cars, light trucks, and vans, with an ability to drive both manual and automatic transmissions. Working knowledge of computers and technology. Comfortability in navigating computer and dealership technologies. Willingness to participate in professional development activities to stay current on industry knowledge to grow with us and meet projected service goals. Adept to handle high-volume and adapt to our needs. Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.
