Successful candidates will be available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as these are peak sales periods and key opportunities for maximizing earnings. Learn customers' needs and match them with the right new or pre-owned vehicle. Demonstrate vehicle features and technology through engaging presentations and test drives. Build lasting customer relationships that generate repeat business and referrals. Follow up with customers using phone, email, text, and CRM tools. Work collaboratively with management and finance teams to deliver an exceptional purchase experience. Continuously develop product knowledge and sales skills through ongoing training. ### What You'll Bring Positive attitude and strong work ethic. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. A passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Sales or customer service experience is preferred but not required. Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Total Rewards This is a performance driven position, eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes Commission(s) off: Individual Payable Gross Bonuses based on: Individual Units Sold, Manufacturer Approvability Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
