If you're looking for a team where your work matters, your contributions are valued, and customer service comes first, Lithia Nissan of Ames is ready to welcome you. ### What You'll Do - Greet customers and visitors in a warm manner - Answer incoming phone calls promptly, transferring calls efficiently - Respond to voicemails and job leads in a timely manner - Take clear, accurate messages and relay them to the appropriate team member - Keep the reception area organized and welcoming - Maintain accurate records of vehicles arriving and departing the facility Scanning and other supportive administrative tasks - Support the team with other duties as needed ### What You'll Bring 1+ years of experience in customer service, reception, hospitality, automotive, or a related customer-facing role. Excellent customer service skills and a commitment to creating positive customer experiences. Professional telephone skills and confidence handling a high volume of inbound calls.
