You'll be part of a dealership known for its commitment to customer service, community involvement, and employee development. ### What You'll Do - Answer incoming service calls, emails, and text inquiries - Schedule and confirm service appointments - Follow up with customers regarding missed appointments and recommended maintenance - Communicate effectively with service advisors and management - Maintain accurate customer records and appointment information - Assist with customer satisfaction initiatives and service retention efforts - Deliver a professional and friendly experience with every customer interaction ### What You'll Bring Previous BDC, call center, customer service, or automotive dealership experience preferred - Strong communication and phone skills - Excellent organizational and time-management abilities - Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Positive attitude and team-first mentality Basic computer proficiency and experience with CRM systems is a plus Total Rewards The (Hourly / Salary) Wage for this position is $16 per hour Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
