Are you someone who enjoys helping customers and staying organized? Lithia Chrysler Jeep Dodge RAM FIAT of Anchorage is looking for a BDC/Receptionist to support both our Sales and Service teams. You'll be the first point of contact for many of our customers, helping create a positive experience, scheduling appointments, managing customer communications, and keeping our dealership running smoothly. ### What You'll Do - Answer incoming calls and direct customers to the appropriate department - Schedule, confirm, and follow up on sales and service appointments - Make outbound calls to customers regarding appointments, service needs, and customer satisfaction - Help manage customer information and maintain accurate records in our CRM system - Support customer retention efforts through follow-up and communication - Assist customers with questions and escalate concerns when needed - Provide administrative and receptionist support for dealership operations - Deliver outstanding customer service both in person and over the phone ### What You'll Bring Previous customer service, receptionist, call center, BDC, or administrative experience Build great customer relationships A passion for helping others Comfortable using computers and technology CRM experience, but we're happy to train you A team-first mindset and commitment to exceptional customer service Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.
