This includes tuition, books, and technology fees. ### What You'll Do - Perform inspections and reconditioning on pre-owned vehicles - Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues to ensure reliability and safety - Document repair procedures and recommendations - Collaborate with service advisors, parts department, and management - Ensure all work meets manufacturer and dealership quality standards ### What You'll Bring Automotive technician (any level welcome — apprentice, or master. We consider candidates who have professional experience or are trade school trained. We prefer ASE certifications. Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge, or Ram experience is a big plus Diagnostic skills Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Total Rewards This is a performance-driven position, eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation. The pay range of this role is $25 to $35 flat rate. This is a production-driven position. Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
