### What You'll Do
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the service process
- Listen to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle needs
- Prepare repair estimates and explain recommended maintenance and repairs
- Manage repair orders from write-up through vehicle delivery
- Communicate inspection findings and additional service recommendations
- Coordinate effectively with technicians to ensure timely repairs
- Keep customers informed with clear updates regarding vehicle status, timelines, and costs
- Deliver an outstanding customer experience that drives loyalty and repeat business

### What You'll Bring

Previous Automotive Service Advisor experience preferred Automotive technician experience is a plus
- Strong communication, customer service, and sales skills
- Ability to build trust and maintain long-term customer relationships Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume service department
