L0577 Priority Ford Norfolk Seeking a Proven Sales Pro to Join Priority Ford's Top Team! Priority Ford in Norfolk is looking for a proven, customer-focused Automotive Sales Consultant to join our high-volume team. If you know how to build relationships, close deals, and deliver an exceptional buying experience, we want to talk to you.

### Pay

$50,000 - $150,000 based on performance; position is commission based Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.

### What We're Looking For

At least 1–2 years of automotive sales experience
- Strong communication and follow-up skills
- Track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals Professional, positive, team-first attitude
