We ask that you have open availability to support dealership operations and customer demand. To be successful in this role, you will be available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as these are peak business periods and important opportunities for maximizing earnings. ### Department Hours - Monday-Friday 7 am-5 pm, Saturday 8am-4 pm. Diagnose cause of malfunction. Complete all work according to the applicable safety requirements. Road-test vehicles to ensure quality of repair work. Document work performed on repair order, record test procedures/results & time, per company recording & clocking procedures. Provide and maintain an inventory of normal mechanics tools. ### What You'll Bring We require 1+ year of prior automotive repair experience. We prefer ASE and manufacturer certification. You will be capable to perform vehicle inspections, diagnosis, repairs and maintenance on a variety of vehicle manufacturers. We prefer you to have a Hawaii State Inspectors License. We prefer you to have a Hawaii State Safety Check Inspectors License. A team player who is focused on providing exemplary customer service Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence Total Rewards This is a flat rate position that is also eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes bonuses based on Production Productivity. The average wage range for this position is $25.00-$45.00 per flat rate hour. Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
