We're looking for an energetic, customer-focused BDC Agent to help drive our sales team's success by connecting with customers, scheduling appointments, and creating a world-class first impression of our dealership. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong communication skills, phone experience, and a passion for helping customers. ### What You'll Do Answer inbound sales inquiries and follow up with internet leads in a professional and timely manner. Schedule and confirm appointments for customers interested in purchasing a vehicle. Build rapport with customers over the phone, text, and email. Update and maintain accurate customer information in our CRM system. Partner with the sales team to maximize appointment show rates and customer satisfaction. ### What You'll Bring Previous BDC, call center, customer service, appointment-setting, sales support, or phone experience preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Comfortable making outbound calls and handling a high volume of customer interactions. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Basic computer proficiency and the ability to learn dealership software systems.
