We offer industry-leading benefits, personal and professional growth opportunities, and a fantastic team to work with that you won't find anywhere else. ### Who We're Looking For Class B or C level technicians with 3+ years of experience in a dealership or private shop Up-to-date ASE and manufacturer certifications - Familiarity using scan tools and service information systems Skill in performing brake, suspension, and steering repairs - Proficient in engine maintenance and basic electrical diagnostics Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence What You'll Do: Perform work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy, following Lithia and manufacturer standards - Diagnose cause of malfunction and complete all work according to the applicable safety requirements Road-test vehicles to ensure quality of repair work - Document work performed on repair order, record test procedures/results and time, per company recording and clocking procedures - Provide and maintain an inventory of normal mechanics tools Total Rewards The flat rate range for this position is $25.00 to $35.00. This is a flat rate position that is also eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes bonuses based on production/productivity. Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
