Total Rewards This is a flat rate position that is also eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes bonuses based on Production Productivity. The flat rate pay range for this position is $30.00 – $65.00 actual pay offered may vary depending on experience, skills, job-knowledge, and location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
