This is an opportunity for a proven automotive service leader who understands that in the luxury automotive market, the customer experience is just as important as the service operation itself. We are specifically seeking a candidate with previous Jaguar Land Rover (JLR) Service Manager experience. Prior JLR experience is highly preferred. Candidates with extensive highline service leadership experience with Mercedes-Benz, BMW, or Porsche will also be considered. ### What You’ll Do - Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing ### Service Department - Deliver an exceptional luxury customer experience from write-up through vehicle delivery Drive CSI, customer satisfaction, retention, and service department performance - Lead and develop Service Advisors, technicians, and support personnel - Establish a culture of accountability, professionalism, hospitality, and excellence - Monitor department KPIs, productivity, profitability, and overall performance - Recruit, train, coach, and develop Service Department personnel - Resolve customer concerns professionally while protecting the integrity of the Land Rover brand - Ensure a consistent, elevated experience for every customer ### What We’re Looking For - Proven Jaguar Land Rover Service Manager experience — strongly preferred Previous dealership Service Manager experience in a luxury/highline environment Extensive highline automotive service experience with Land Rover, Jaguar, Mercedes-Benz, BMW, or Porsche - Demonstrated success achieving excellent CSI/customer satisfaction scores - Strong leadership and team-development skills A genuine commitment to hospitality and delivering an exceptional customer experience - Proven ability to lead a high-performing ### Service Department - Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills - Ability to recruit, develop, coach, and retain top Service Department talent - Strong computer and dealership management system skills Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record We offer a comprehensive benefits package designed to support you and your family, including: Competitive pay Medical, Dental and Vision - Plans Paid Holidays & PTO Short and Long-Term Disability Paid Life Insurance 401(k) Retirement Plan Employee Stock Purchase Plan Lithia Learning Center Vehicle Purchase Discounts Wellness Programs For a more detailed view, visit: www.totalrewards.lithiadriveway.com.
