If you enjoy helping customers, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and want to be part of a team that values your contributions, Priority Toyota is the place for you. ### What You'll Do - Handle inbound and outbound service calls with professionalism and urgency - Schedule service appointments and follow up with customers - Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a smooth service experience - Work closely with service advisors and management to meet department goals - Maintain accurate records and communication logs ### What You'll Bring Strong verbal communication and customer-service skills Comfortable on the phone and able to handle a high call volume Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask Previous BDC or call-center experience is a plus, but not required A positive attitude and a team-player mentality Total Rewards Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location.
