As part of Lithia & Driveway (NYSE: LAD), one of the nation's largest automotive retailers, we're committed to growing our company and growing our people! ### What You'll Do - Coordinate rental and loaner vehicles for Service Department guests. - Assist customers with vehicle check-in, check-out, and rental agreements. - Explain rental policies, vehicle features, and return procedures. - Inspect vehicles, document mileage, fuel levels, and any damage. - Maintain accurate rental records and vehicle availability. - Work closely with Service Advisors to ensure a seamless guest experience. - Deliver the exceptional level of service our Land Rover guests expect. ### What We're Looking For - Outstanding customer service and communication skills. - Professional, friendly, and polished demeanor. - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. - Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. - Dependable, team-oriented, and customer-focused. - Previous rental, hospitality, or automotive experience is a plus, but not required. - Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
