Competitive flat-rate pay with unlimited earning potential A high-volume service department with a steady flow of customer and warranty work Porsche factory training and opportunities to earn additional certifications Modern diagnostic equipment and manufacturer-approved tools A clean, professional shop with a collaborative team environment Clear opportunities for career advancement and continued technical development ### What You'll Do - Diagnose and repair Porsche vehicles according to manufacturer standards - Perform advanced mechanical, electrical, drivability, and diagnostic repairs - Complete maintenance services - Communicate repair recommendations and vehicle status with service advisors - Maintain productivity, quality, and safety standards ### What You'll Bring 3+ year of previous automotive service technician experience We prefer ASE certifications and manufacturer training Diagnostic and repair skills Succeed in a busy automotive shop while working collaboratively with technicians and service staff. Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence. Total Rewards The Flat Rate Range for this position is $18.42 - $60.00. This is a flat rate position that is also eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes Bonuses based on Production Productivity. Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
