We are committed to growing our company and Growing our People! ### What You'll Do Guide customers through financing, leasing, protection products, and options. Create financing solutions that meet customer needs while supporting dealership profitability. Build partnerships with lenders to secure approvals and funding. Deliver transparent and professional product presentations that enhance the ownership experience. Review and finalize deal documentation with accuracy and efficiency. Maintain compliance with all state, federal, lender, and dealership requirements. Monitoring funding timelines and ensuring contracts move smoothly through the process. Work with sales leadership to maximize customer satisfaction and results. Drive key performance metrics including product penetration, profitability, and lender performance. ### What You'll Bring 1 or more years of Automotive F&I experience with a history of production and results. 1 or more years of experience with finance, leasing, lender programs, and compliance requirements. 1 or more years working collaborate with customers and business partners. Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record. Total Rewards This is a performance driven position, eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes $125,000 - $150 K Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
