L0829 Mercedes-Benz of Collierville Mercedes Benz of Collierville NOW HIRING: AUTOMOTIVE SERVICE ADVISORS Schedule: Open availability required, including Saturdays You will report to the Service Manager. This is an onsite position. If you like being busy and enjoy helping customers, this is your opportunity to apply today. You can maximize your earning potential by joining a high-performing service team. You will focus on customer satisfaction and long-term relationships.

### What You'll Do
- Promote communication between customers and technicians
- Identify vehicle concerns and recommend appropriate services
- Prepare accurate estimates for parts, labor, and repairs
- Write and manage repair orders (ROs) from start to finish
- Communicate additional service needs based on inspections
- Verify and process warranty and service contract coverage
- Keep customers informed on timelines, costs, and service updates

### What We're Looking For

Previous Service Advisor experience Automotive technician background
- Deliver high-quality customer support
