Our Master Technicians work onsite and report to the Service Manager and Shop Supervisor. Flat Rate Pay - Earn based on your performance ### Ford Factory Training - Maintain your certification and continue to grow your skills ### Tool & Uniform Programs - We invest in your success Team Environment - Partner with experienced, Ford-certified technicians Career Advancement Opportunities ### What You'll Do - Diagnose and repair complex vehicle systems, including engine, transmission, drivability, electrical, ADAS, and hybrid technologies - Perform repairs according to Ford and dealership standards - Complete all work in compliance with safety regulations and manufacturer requirements - Conduct road tests and quality control inspections to ensure repairs are completed correctly - Document diagnostics, repair procedures, and labor operations - Mentor and support apprentice and entry-level technicians when needed - Maintain required tools and a safe, organized work environment What You'll Bring?
