## Job description

Role Objective Support the planning and execution of customer marketing campaigns, retail activations and shopper engagement initiatives across assigned Link malls. The role requires an experienced marketer who can work independently and quickly take ownership of ongoing projects and deliver results with minimal supervision.

### Job Duties

Manage and execute marketing campaigns and activations from concept development to post-campaign evaluation, ensuring alignment with business and brand objectives. Manage the execution of shopper promotions, events and customer engagement campaigns across malls, digital and partner channels. Monitor campaign performance and customer feedback, making timely adjustments to maximize participation and results. Work closely with internal stakeholders, tenants, agencies and business partners to ensure smooth project delivery.

Monitor campaign budgets, timelines and performance, and prepare campaign reports and recommendations. Support other ad hoc marketing projects as assigned.

### Requirements

Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related disciplines. 8+ years of experience in retail, shopping mall, customer marketing or event marketing. Strong project management and stakeholder management skills. Experience working with agencies, vendors and external partners. Immediately available candidates are highly preferred. Remuneration We offer a 5-day work week and an attractive remuneration package commensurate to the right candidates with qualifications and working experience.
