## Job description

Efetuarás o atendimento ao paciente/cliente, através de chamadas recebidas e gestão de backoffice, com base nos níveis de serviço e de qualidade definidos pela empresa Registarás corretamente em sistema informático todos os pedidos, reclamações ou questões efetuadas pelo paciente, e/ou se necessário encaminhá-las para o departamento/pessoa responsável Efetuarás todas as chamadas outbound definidas pela empresa Assegurarás a qualidade de dados, bem como a segurança e proteção dos mesmos Executarás tarefas administrativas complementares Participarás ativamente dos processos de digitalização e automatização de tarefas, contribuindo para a evolução da empresa rumo à transformação digital
