## Job description
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Credit and Collections professionals to achieve performance goals and deliver exceptional customer service
- Drive results by monitoring key performance indicators, service level agreements, and collection targets while fostering a high-performance culture
- Oversee daily collections operations to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with company policies and procedures
- Reduce financial risk by managing accounts receivable, minimizing bad debt, and improving

### Days Sales Outstanding
- Build strong partnerships with internal teams, customers, and external stakeholders to resolve issues and support business objectives
- Analyze account performance and implement effective collection strategies to accelerate the resolution of past due balances
- Identify and implement process improvements that enhance productivity, effectiveness, and the overall customer experience
- Support month-end activities, maintain accurate process documentation, and ensure operational deadlines are consistently achieved
