## Job description

You will be partnering with business stakeholders to understand complex operational challenges and transform them into clear, effective technical solutions Defining and refining requirements by bridging the gap between business needs and software development teams Developing full-stack applications, including frontend user interfaces, backend services, and database solutions You will be expected to design and enhance scalable web applications that support critical operational processes Building and maintaining backend APIs and data-driven solutions to improve business performance Staying current with emerging technologies and contributing to the modernization of the technology stack You will be balancing the development of innovative new tools with the ongoing support and enhancement of existing systems Collaborating in a dynamic environment where technical problem-solving directly impacts operational success
