## Job description
- Support the definition, challenge, and optimization of turnaround and project scopes related to rotating equipment
- Collaborate with Reliability Engineers, Process Safety Engineers, Maintenance Specialists, and Operations personnel to develop detailed maintenance work scopes
- Prepare technical work packages, job plans, bills of materials, and execution methodologies for rotating equipment maintenance activities
- Define technical requirements and specifications for materials, spare parts, repair services, and specialized contractors
- Coordinate and integrate all supporting turnaround activities including scaffolding, insulation removal and reinstatement, lifting operations, temporary facilities, logistics, and work permit management to ensure safe and efficient execution
- Create and manage purchase requisitions and support procurement through technical bid evaluations and vendor clarifications
