## Job description

You will answers Facility phone, screens and processes telephone calls effectively, and performs proper selection for putting calls through to appropriate party Point of contract for various administrative and process needs for the Livingston facility.

Interacts with customers and staff by answering incoming calls and addressing requests
- Processes departmental invoices for warranty payment You will conducts analysis and research to address invoicing questions Overseeing Biomed Warranty Billing You will oversee Biomed Std Billing Overseeing Respiratory Therapy Billing Overseeing Biomed Key Account Billing Biomed and Long-Term Care Customer Service Support You will produce KPI reports, graphs, charts, presentations
- Uses business software systems (AYS) to retrieve information to key billing into JD Edwards.

Answers mail and inquiries; follows up with other departments to ensure that requests are carried out Completes both routine and non-routine daily and weekly assignments Interacts with multiple internal/external clients
