## Job description

Your primary responsibility will be to analyze production processes to identify and eliminate waste, reduce cycle times, and improve overall equipment effectiveness (OEE) Further you will provide hands-on technical support to production and maintenance teams to resolve daily production issues and implement robust corrective actions You will have a blend of time spent in the office as well as on the production floor
- Develop manufacturing routings, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and work instructions for new and existing products
- Analyze production data and prepare reports on process performance metrics
- Serve as the primary technical lead for the installation and startup of new equipment
- Lead productivity improvement projects using Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies You will be familiar with the production floor, processes, and work on new equipment installation
