## Job description

Lead strategically the pricing function in the Cluster Middle East focusing on: The development and execution of the Cluster’s pricing strategy to drive profitable growth, margin optimization, and commercial excellence across the Middle East. Analyze market dynamics, customer behavior, competitor activities, and commercial trends to identify pricing opportunities and support strategic decision-making. Establish and govern pricing frameworks, policies, and tools to ensure consistency, transparency, and alignment across countries and business segments.

Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations teams to improve pricing performance, enhance value capture, and support business growth initiatives. Drive pricing transformation projects, process improvements, and capability-building initiatives to strengthen commercial effectiveness across the organization. Deliver actionable insights through pricing analytics, profitability assessments, and performance reporting to support leadership decision-making.

Influence and engage key stakeholders at country, cluster, regional, and global levels to embed a pricing culture focused on value creation and sustainable business performance.
