## Job description
- Set up and maintain all new National Accounts and pricing on National Accounts You will process customer pass-through billing promptly and with high quality Initiate contact and follow up on customer inquiries and disputes
- Serve as a primary point of contact for outside distributors You are expected to take accountability for accounts receivable, days sales outstanding, aging balances, credits, and bad debt performance on assigned accounts
- Maintain positive and professional customer relationships You will support additional duties as assigned to contribute to team success Thrive in a team environment that values diversity, equity, and inclusion, encouraging you to bring your unique perspective
