## Job description

You will provide exceptional customer care and quality control support by handling inbound inquiries with a consistently polite and professional demeanor Efficiently manage customer voicemails by listening, responding, and taking necessary actions to ensure prompt resolution and customer satisfaction Moreover, you will oversee the Support mailbox, delivering timely and effective responses to inquiries as required

Maintain comprehensive and accurate documentation of all customer issues to support effective follow-up and resolution In addition, you will communicate with field personnel in a clear and concise manner, using bullet points to enhance clarity and efficiency Draft subject-specific emails that clearly outline required actions and update them as issues move through different phases

You will process credit and rebill requests, ensuring all necessary management approvals are obtained prior to execution
