## Job description

Be the bridge between business and technology, partnering with teams to understand business needs and turn them into practical, high-impact technology solutions
- Collaborate across Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, Finance and Engineering to uncover opportunities that streamline processes and strengthen business performance Transform business challenges into clear priorities by gathering, analyzing and defining process, system, data and reporting requirements
- Support enterprise resource planning (ERP) and manufacturing systems enhancements that improve efficiency, visibility and operational performance Turn ideas into actionable solutions by translating business requirements into clear functional specifications for technical teams and solution partners
- Coordinate successful solution adoption by coordinating testing, user acceptance, training and change management to ensure smooth implementation
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance processes and deliver measurable business value
