## Job description

You will answer Facility phone, screens and processes telephone calls effectively, and performs proper selection for putting calls through to appropriate party Point of contract for various administrative and process needs for the Livingston facility.

You will interact with customers and staff by answering incoming calls and addressing requests
- Process departmental invoices for warranty payment and conduct analysis and research to resolve invoicing questions You will be responsible for overseeing Biomed Warranty Billing, Respiratory Therapy Billing, Biomed Standard Billing, and Biomed Key Account Billing while providing customer service support for Biomed and Long-Term Care clients produce KPI reports, graphs, charts, presentations
- Uses business software systems (AYS) to retrieve information to key billing into JD Edwards.

Interact with multiple internal and external clients, answer mail and inquiries, and follow up with other departments to ensure requests are completed You will have to complete both routine and non-routine daily and weekly assignments
