## Job description

In this role you will support industrial automation systems, including Programmable Logic Controller (PLCs), Human-Machine Interfaces (HMIs), Supervisory
- Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA), robotics, and servo controls
- Troubleshoot controls and electrical issues to improve equipment reliability and reduce downtime
- Assist with commissioning, validation, and startup of new or upgraded manufacturing equipment
- Support automation projects, controls upgrades, and equipment integration initiatives
- Analyze production performance and downtime data to identify process improvement opportunities
- Collaborate with Operations, Maintenance, Quality, and Engineering teams to resolve production challenges
- Maintain control system documentation, programming updates, and standard operating procedures
- Learn and apply Lean Production principles such as waste reduction, standardized work, and continuous improvement
