## Job description
- Serve as the technical expert for high-temperature coating manufacturing processes, providing expertise in materials selection, coating performance and process optimization
- Lead qualification and approval of materials, processes, suppliers and manufacturing methods while ensuring compliance with engineering, customer and quality requirements
- Drive implementation of new business initiatives, process transfers and continuous improvement initiatives across multiple manufacturing facilities
- Establish and standardize technical standards, engineering methodologies and best practices to support operational excellence
- Manage, mentor and develop engineers and technicians through training, competency development and team-building activities
- Foster collaboration across Operations, Quality, Supply Chain and R&D to advance coating technologies, support commercialization efforts and drive innovation
