## Job description

- Drives sales through active participation at customer and prospect sites to understand the need, build value, present value-added solutions, and secure business under supply agreements on a long-term basis
- Develops regional and customer specific sales plans for assigned accounts to meet both division business and customer satisfaction objectives.
- Maintains and increases existing and new revenue streams and profitability
- Develops and implements plans for increased penetration of key semiconductor markets including key end user accounts and OEMs
- Identifies and qualifies new and existing customer opportunities and turns them into sales and profit growth within the assigned territory You will be called upon to solve complex customer problems by taking a broad perspective to identify innovative solutions
- Develops expert understanding of product specifications, performance attributes and application to customer needs
- Drives sales with customer proposal documents and presentations
- Negotiates and manages customer product supply and equipment sales agreements You are expected to manage the customer and prospects internally by interfacing with Linde customer service, quality, engineering, operations, and finance groups
- Serves as the single point of resolution for customers’ needs for the assigned market/industry segment and/or geographic area accounts
- Participates in establishing consolidated forecasts for territory orders and sales.

Monitor performance against goals regularly Accountable for the financial translation of decisions, planning and strategies.
- Measures results and provides this information to management
- Executes price increase initiatives to manage territory profitability Responsible for managing the territory customer accounts A/R You will participate with the Global marketing organization by providing support and information
- Monitors competitive activity and ensures appropriate response strategy
- Collects data on competitive products, pricing and market activities You will provide data to the product management team for marketing actions designed to defend and take market share
- Understands the semiconductor market and customer
- Supports Director Electronics Product Sales, Electronics Division
